Blair's review platform has transformed our business and has made the process simple and easy to initate with customers to get feedback on how we are doing so we can constantly improve or get affirmation that what we are doing is working. Running a trade business reviews are of upmost importance, but surprisingly hard to get. Even though a customer is happy life often gets in the way and they simply forget to leave a review. Now we can simply tap their phones with a card and they can instantly tell us how they are doing. It works and is easy. Thanks Blair.
