This company is one of the few out there that stand by their word. Our sales person Jason Parker was spot on. He did exactly what he said he would do and our inside person Trevor Moortgat has done the same. They treat us as we are the only customer they have and you can't put a price on that. These guys have integrity and that's hard to find these days. Our sales in the short period of time we have been with them have tripled. Matt my level 5 rep has kept every promise to me from day one. Granted we had some challenges but he delivered and has kept a great attitude all the way thru.
When you do business together the rep you deal with makes or breaks everything.

Wish there was a 0 star option. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Was 4 months late with launching the site. Never finished it after 2 months of being live. Took weeks to complete even simple updates (if they ever tried to complete them). Was promised a fully customized site and "not a cookie cutter site" but there were many areas that they could not change how we wanted. Had a VP start to "manage" our account when we brought up the issues and got more of the same inaction. Refused to export our inventory data or leads when we told them we were leaving even after being promised that the data would remain our property - was told by the VP to just scrape the data from the pages. Extremely expensive and does not follow through with their "Or Your Money Back" guarantee. Promised huge increases of leads and sales but actually saw a significant decrease in sales while using them.

Also interesting that 4 of their five 5 star reviews come from their parent company, President, and 2 employees.
