I hired this company to redesign my businesses website. It took them 4 months. They finally sent me an email asking me to look it over. The finished product was awful — riddled with spelling mistakes, poor grammar and heavily unfinished pages. I will take responsibility for terminating communications — I was extremely unhappy that they would even try to pass off what they did as a finished product. I expected a lot more and I was absolutely let down. I ended up finishing the job myself.

I was contacted by someone from Deep Fried who told me he wanted me to be happy but made no attempt to take responsibility for the lackluster product they put out. Instead, he placed the blame squarely on me. I paid for work that I did for them, absolute nonsense. At no point in our conversation did they take any responsibility.

I would not recommend using this company. I found them to be extremely unprofessional with higher than industry standard rates that don’t align with the quality of work. I am extremely unhappy with the poor customer service I received.
