Our non-profit had originally worked with another firm to redesign our websites, but gave up when it became clear they did not understand what we wanted and had no process to figure it out (and little interest either). So we were absolutely delighted when Brad Gray began our initial conversation with the right questions and laid out a process that would help us think through what we wanted our site to do for us. The design process went smoothly and was completed on time. Brad was always available to answer questions. Requests for revisions to the design were happily accepted and completed. Our law firm initially retained Gray Digital Group to do a basic "update" to our old website. But to our delight, they completely modified our website and gave it a whole new look and feel. I would be happy to provide a review for Gray Digital Group. Our firm was not entirely happy with the billing methods used nor the claim of Search Engine Optimization. I would think hard before utilizing them unless you know beforehand that you will be charged for each email they read or write to/from a customer, a phone call, etc. much like a CPA or attorney. Just a fair warning and if you approve then move forward
