Lexi and Norton were awesome. Lexi has a great knock that didn’t make me dread who I was opening the door to. When I did open the door she didn’t throw a sales pitch at me she was just herself and introduced her trainee Norton (who also had a great personality and they seemed to work really well off each other). I used to be a customer with Verizon for cell phone and home service, and unfortunately after Covid I got screwed on our home Wi-Fi bill and we ended up getting disconnected and I never tried nor wanted to go back. Lexi was honest with me about the price, including and taxes, she explained how many devices we could have connected and with me starting school in 3 weeks 2 days out of the week I will have class through zoom and tmobile HOME WI-FI SUCKS! Now I’m not worried about zoom freezing up on me in the middle of my class because we have more than 5 devices connected to our Wi-Fi. I also love that Verizon is offering discounts to students and vets, and the $100 gift card and meta quest 3 was a great add on! Thank you to Lexi and Norton!!! Outstanding customer service (also really sweet to both of my little boys) and Verizon has my business again because of Lexi.
