Wish I could rate them 10 stars. Americraft is exceptional all around. Price can't be beat, materials used are high quality, and the staff greets you like a long time friend. From start to finish, Rosanne was so kind, so professional, and went above and beyond to help me make shirts last minute. I am so impressed with the quality and the price of the final product. Expectations exceeded. Will definitely be remembering them for future needs, and you should too!

We love Americraft! I have used them for my children’s school shirts and also for large t-shirt orders. They have wonderful customer service and complete their orders in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Literally the worst business. Who owns a printing press company where all you do is embroider and it takes 12 business days to get an order You know you are busy come school time as you are contracted by schools-saying your busy come school time and behind is the biggest cop-out I’ve ever heard. You know you are contracted, this is literally what you do and it takes upwards of 16 full days to get an order? Absurd. Can’t even pick up earlier- day 10 of waiting on school shirts when my kids start tomorrow. They have no idea when order will be done. This being the only place we have to order shirts from for school and them taking this long is a terrible monopoly. Be better prepared.
Edit to add- it’s incredible how exactly 20 minutes after this review my order was magically ready despite being told something entirely different earlier in the day 😅 no one chewed you out this is a review of my experience -thank you

We have used Americraft for our company shirts previously. I needed to have 2 jacket embroidered before Christmas and they turned out so amazing!! I actually ended up needed a 3rd and they were able to get it done last minute! I will use them for all of our shirt/hat/jacket needs forever! Amazing, sweet and kind ladies in the office! You ALL are the BEST!

I own several items that have been done by this great company! We only use them to do the logos for our school uniforms as well. They are a family owned, local company. Quick turn around, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Dropped shirts off the 25th of July. Called to check times and was told several times "It should only be a few more days." Decided on the 11th(after more than 2 weeks) to just pop in to the shop and pick up my shirts to take them elsewhere to be finished. They had misplaced the bag and I waited 15 min for them to go in search of it. No apology for the lack of communication or the fact that after 2 weeks my shirts were still not done. The owner handed me the bag of unfinished shirts and sent me on my way. Its too bad. The people here seem nice but I was very disappointed that there was nothing done to try to correct my problem. I took my shirts to Personalized Presents and they said they will have them ready to go by Tuesday of next week. I will not be a returning customer of Americraft. As a small business owner myself, I cannot imagine treating any of my customers with so little regard.✌️
