There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for this opportunity to meet Dr. Fernanda and to be hosted by her at the beautiful Sedona Ranch. If you are looking for one on one guidance to start your journey of self-love and improvement she is the one and this is the place!

From this beautiful Casitas with all the cozy details, the delicious meals she prepares, to the spiritual and healing programs she shared and taught me, she provides a profoundly peaceful and healing environment, and makes you feel like you have known her all your life. You can feel all the love she has put into Sedona Ranch. And it is so peaceful and energized here from the vibes of Sedona, you will leave (even though you don’t want to go) with the love and tools Dr Fernanda has given you to move forward with confidence and peace in mind, body, and spirit!

And don’t think this is a one and done! Dr Fernanda stays in contact with you and includes you in follow up groups.

Peaceful location to find help during difficult times. Was coping with some issues and needed time to process. I learned some great coping tools to use when life gets difficult. I was able to clear my mind and think positively about myself and future. A beautiful location and very positive and wise counsel from Dr. Fernanda.

When booking my retreat, I was looking for a place to “get away” from the phone, my hectic work schedule, and the many stressors of life in general. I wanted time to relax, I needed to replenish my mind and soul, I needed to recharge my energy and reboot my attitude. I found an opportunity for all this and SOOO very much more at Sedona Ranch with Dr Fernanda. Her communication was prompt upon my initial booking. Her ranch is an absolutely amazing place. From the beautiful red rock, the peacefully laid out property, the delicious fresh produce of herbs, fruits and vegetables from the garden, to the efficient, comfortable cabin, I immediately felt relaxed and “at home”. I reconnected with nature: I enjoyed vibrant orange sunrises, dug my feet into the warm sand, listened to the whispering breezes, had crisp evening hikes and nights where the full moon prevailed over the entire countryside! Dr Fe provided the perfect balance of classes and private time for self reflection.
I’ve always looked forward to classes, I like to learn. I however, have not participated in a “class” for several years now. My time with Dr Fe was much more than “classes”! It was a time for my holistic well being! And I certainly came away feeling like a renewed woman. Replenished and with life wellness goals in place. What i didn't realize prior, was how much of a rut i had gotten into with “life” and how I have neglected to take responsibility for my own wellness. With Dr Fe’s guidance, I came home stress free and pain free, empowered to take control of my health, and motivated to live the life i love. I have a renewed outlook on the priorities of my life. Dr Fe’s retreat was far beyond more than I ever expected or could have wished for!! THANK YOU Dr Fe!!! I can't wait to return.

Side Note: please be cautious if walking the road. We had a blue jeep with woman driver stop asking us why we were walking there and where we were staying. Later, twice, the same jeep was driving very fast on a rough dirt road past the ranch. Since there are hills and curves on the road please be aware if out walking.
