It is super cool to see one of the songs that you listened to while growing up come to life. This was the experience I had in downtown Winslow, AZ. Standing’ on a corner in Winslow, AZ. Such a fine site to see….. You’re welcome for getting that song stuck in your head. It will be there for at least a day as you come and visit this town. The statues of Glenn Frye and Don Henley are a great place to stand for your selfies. The whole corner is dedicated to the song. There is even a flat bead Ford and the store across the street has speakers that play Eagles’ songs the whole day long. My wife and I also visited the historic La Posada Hotel while in town. This is a must see and a great place to stop and eat for lunch or dinner.

Nice area. Old fashioned feel. Store fronts. Music. People. Store clerks at various stores not the friendliest and everything being sold as “classic” was cheap imports from China.
