lady was rude and dismissed every answer i gave her about my dog. she asked when she last groomed and i answered maybe a couple years and she said " like never?" rude. said my dog as matted down to the skin. no she was not. now she is covered w burn marks and is miserable from the shave down she got. good thing I don't live there and won't ever have to go back. find someplace else if you love your dog. also cigarette smoke is not the shampoo choice i would have chosen for my dog. nasty place

I was passing through town and needed an emergency deticking for my pup. The ladies here fit us into their day last minute and did a smashing job! Tegan now is tick free and ready for more road tripping. Love the energy of the staff, their no bs communications and all the great info they shared! Excellent experience!
