The internet service is fine. The home phone is terrible and the customer service is even worse. Unless you have an hour to kill waiting to talk to someone I'd recommend a different company

The only thing I can say is they don't have a 24hr customer service line and their not open on the weekends. So if there is an issue and your having problems on the weekend guess what you have to wait til the week day. Can't wait til our contract is up in a few months so we can go with a different internet provider. I paid my bill late Friday evening and had to wait for them to reconnect my service the following week day.

Too many reviews here from people who are quick to complain but skimp on the praise. I've had wave for over two years now. I was on the wait list for them to bring it to our area and so excited to have an option away from Cox unreliable service and massive price gouging coming out of Covid. I've had ONE outage that entire time and half the state was down. Checked Facebook to make sure it was everywhere, then sat back and waited for them to fix it. Didn't call, didn't scream about what awful service they have. Outages are going to happen. Wave is the fastest consistent internet I've ever had and that's factoring in living in major cities with the choice of Verizon, ATT, time Warner and cox. Not to mention, how could I possibly beat their price for unlimited !?! Love wave and their service ( customer Svc and install also) has been worry free.

Unless they are your only option I would avoid this company. Expect the initial install to take every bit of 90-120 days, and God forbid you need to call customer service. Wait times are regularly over a hour just to get a snarky rep that doesn't really want to help you. Shame I signed a 12 month contract.

Great internet! We use it for work, streaming and gaming. Outages are rare and are resolved quickly. Better and cheaper than cox.

Don't even have the internet yet. Literally playing phone tag with the installation people. Or at least the seem like they are the installation people. The system for setting up this service is very disorganized. Hopefully it will get better...If I ever actually get the service installed. Will come back with updated review.

I am paying for a gig but only getting 3/4 of it. Ran multiple tests. Called tech support they were EXTREMELY RUDE! The tech kept talking over me and finally said he would send a service tech out (AT MY COST). Sad people that are payed to care and help people like being such A-Holes.
