Very Dissatisfied COX Cable came to our house yesterday to check and fix the Internet speed!!! If u ever have someone come to check why your Internet speed is slow, check their work before they leave! This is unacceptable!! On top of killing my flowers, they guy ripped paint off the side of my house and left everything hanging. No silicone in the hole where the cable runs, busted the bottom of our shutter and left the screw hanging out, trash left EVERYWHERE. Cox Cable. We are very disappointed. We RENT. They best fix It all, or futher action will be taken. (Yes we need to mow, but now trash and screws all in the grass)

Quite literally the bottom of the barrel. If there was any better internet options, I would switch in a heartbeat.
Internet constantly goes out and when it does work, it has poor connection/extreme packet loss. The only help support can give is to have you restart your modem 10 times, then blame it on your equipment.

Internets been down for two days straight. To top it off it constantly shuts off every other day. This will be my last month with cox. Horrible service.

Store employee was very nice. The Cox Cable service sucks one of the crappiest cable TV I've ever had. The cable constantly has issues all the time, the channels are always going out be it rain or shine. When you contact them about it they want to send out a technician but nothing ever gets fixed. They like to blame the lines in your house and they will fix it at a cost of course, people have paid over $400 and still have the same issues. But don't take my word for it do a search for their reviews and you will see many people having the same issues.

They have a high turn over on the employees that work there at the counter. They are helpful but most are too new to know what they need to know to actually help you. In effect you end up getting over charged and can't get your bill reduced easily. However, according to others, they say they have found at the Bentonville office they know what they are doing. Maybe that is where they should train these new employees.

After the cable cut into my house I'm a 59 year-old woman quite educated I don't need to be treated that way I finally left I went back in and I spoke to the woman that was there she was very friendly she helped me she was all my issues and I very much appreciate her that guy needs to learn how to treat and talk to people
