We waited like 15 min to get service and we were second in the line. Only one customer before us. And that’s because only one person was attending the line. The ice cream is really good. Except for the oatmeal lace that was extremely sweet. When we went to pay the guy didn’t have change for 50 dollars so we had to wait another 5 min for him to bring the check. If the service was faster will be a great experience fue the nice place and environment it has.

This ice cream shop in Brooklyn, New York is amazing. The ice cream was delicious and came in large portions, and was fairly prices. However, the place was clearly designed for kids and most of the tables have some sort of game on them. Look forward to coming back, but maybe sit outside where the atmosphere is not aimed to entertain children.

I’ve never seen a place go downhill so fast after a change of ownership. Ice cream feels lower quality, music is always blasting making it a terrible environment for young kids, my son’s ice cream was just rock hard and immediately fell off the cone.

I can see coming here for the first time and thinking it was good, but I live nearby and avoid spending money here whenever possible.

Also need to update review and say we just went again and they had five workers who could barely handle the very few customers there, the place was a dump (see photo of trash just sitting out in play area, bleach container out in open), they’ve replaced the nice boards with digital screens, prices have gone up and portions are tiny. Oh and all the play equipment for kids is gone. I’m looking forward to the day Ample Hills goes under again. They will deserve it.

Placed an order on the too good to go app. Called before I came just to inquire about whether it was ice cream or something else they usually offer. Was told could get a pint of ice cream from the freezer or 2 flavors in kid scoop sizes.

Got there and was told no I could not get the kid scoops, only option was to take something from the freezer. Then she told me I could take one container from the freezer - all of them were half pints, so I said OK I'll take two. She initially insisted I just take one, but I told her that 2 half pints equal 1 whole pint so she said fine.

The only option in the freezer was "Summer of Love" ice cream. After I left the shop I looked at the list of ingredients, which are quite long and some very questionable. I ended up giving away the ice cream at this point.

While I have enjoyed a scoop of ice cream from both of their locations several times in the past, I don't plan to return.

Good ice cream place that offers variety of flavors in different cup size as well as option to make any flavor a milkshake. There are big table seating available inside though might get full if visit during peak time.

This shop has been on my list because I read it’s a top rated ice cream shop and I was eager to try it out. My friend and I were headed to a restaurant to celebrate my best friend’s birthday but we had time to try out some ice cream. I’m so glad we did. I was amazed when I entered this shop. I loved that the shop has a vast space. It didn’t look like your typical ice cream shop. I was in awe when I saw all the unique flavors. The moment saw the banana pudding flavor she immediately chose that one. She loved it. Every flavor looked delicious to me. I chose Morning in Paris because it was croissant butter swirled with raspberry jam. It was so delicious! Sadly we couldn’t try the doughnuts because they are only available on the weekends. The staff were super friendly to us. My friend and I agree we will come back. I’m bringing all my closest friends to try out the ice cream. I know they will love it. I highly recommend this ice cream shop. I hope everyone comes to try it out.
