I work at an rv park where wirefree USA installed starlink connecting to several repeaters. The park is getting 1mb per second download. When called to ask them how to make it work, they said, don't touch it we will come out. They never showed up. So we kept calling only to talk with a rude and immature manager who tried hard to lie and tell us he sent someone out when we live right next to the satellite. No one showed but this company was determined to lie to our faces and still want monthly payments for nothing. My wife and I ended up getting our own starlink which pumps out 300mbs per second. And we are 15 feet from the park internet that is useless because this company is useless. If they don't do their job this week I will go door to door at every rv to make sure they leave a nice review for this company. Maybe enough honest reviews will get them motivated to work or go out of business. We don't need lazy liars scamming people.

If I can give zero stars I would.
This place unbelievable when it comes to installing your own equiptment that comes from the provider. Twice now Bill had his employee use my equiptment that was for my own order on another customer. Then says its my fault that it happened this way. Your fault Billy boy & you do not want to fess up to it, never will. Now I am waiting another month on this company. Super Bad for business they are. No need to use my equiptment on another customer. Now we have to wait another two weeks to get our services worked on. We done paid our last month bills to never use the services. Waitng on Bill & his greatfull team to realign my dish for wifi use, that's all they have to do. It sure wasn't a problem the first with no ordering any equiptment. The came out the first time to align with a computer, they didn't install any other part to align the dish. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY to use their services ever. Bill would rather argue with his customers than make it right for them. Only to hang up on you over & over when he knows he's in the wrong using my equiptment that was ordered for my residents. I’m not a customer and probably never will be… but I came home to one of there “Campaign style” advertising signs in my yard. It is a great place to advertise so I’m sure it was 100% intentional and not some kind of prank. Seems like a pretty bold thing to do, advertising in someone else’s residential lawn without asking permission. It fits in line with the one star reviews I’ve read. I would definitely appreciate an apology.

WASTE of TIME and MONEY. If I could, I would give this business no stars. Upon moving to the Black Hills, we believed the radio commercials advertising 'your one stop shop' for internet and satellite tv. As a result we began our satellite service with them to provide Dish TV to our home. Over the years we tried the 'one stop shop' to call in service issues with Dish and we were always told that we were to call Dish directly and not them. We have now cancelled our Dish service as streaming in available through other providers and after years of being told to contact Dish directly, we cancelled through Dish. Dish told us to go back to our initial 3rd party provider to remove the equipment up on the antenna. When I contacted Wirefree USA, once again, Bill the owner, said he would only do so if we paid him more to come out and do it. This was contrary to instructions provided by Dish.

Wirefree USA is a company that is totally useless and provides no service for custormers as an intermediary. If you wish satellite TV, internet, etc they are not the individual to use. Contact the actual providers directly..

Just had Starlink installed over the weekend. I had tried to order it myself in October, and was still on the “waitlist” in January. Wire free had the equipment and install done in 8 days from my call, works great and I appreciated all of the staff I talked to and worked with to install. No hassle of figuring out how to install myself either 🙂

This place tells you to contact them with all your needs. When it is time to disconnect service, they either want to charge for them to come out and remove the equipment or you have to call the provider company and do it yourself! They also had a better option of Starlink (which you can hook up yourself) and never mentioned it. We were already locked into a TWO YEAR contract with Viasat.

Wire free helped us with getting viasat internet service at our home. We wanted the satellite installed on a pole in our front yard. It was the middle of winter and the ground was frozen so we weren't sure if the installer would be able to put the pole in the ground. He was happy to give it a shot and made it happen. He was very nice and professional during the whole process. Bill was very helpful on getting us a package that best served us. Well done
