We had certain requirements for our ad, and the content crew was excellent with helping to get our ad just right. They also worked with us to change from radio to digital with ease.

RAI attempted to scam me and my small, veteran owned, business. They told me they were going to run ads for a "veteran blood drive". They said the ad will be ran for two weeks, three times each week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The timeframe the ad was supposed to run was between 7-8pm on our local radio station. (RAI "confirmed" the times the ad was aired.)

As we listed each night for the ad to play between those times. To our surprise we did not hear anything. They are attempting to charge me over $1000 for ads that never aired. I confirmed with the local radio station that these ads never aired and they had no knowledge of this company or any dealings with them. Therefore i did not pay.

Now I receive 3 calls a day 4 times a week at all hours of the day trying to collect. For the better part of a year. It's obnoxious. I've already reported them to the BBB. I also have told them to send me to a collection service like any normal business would. They use an IP scrambler when they call so the number is never the same.

Don't let them scam you. I was smart enough to not put any money down nor pay unless I had heard the ad myself which I told them in their "legally binding verbal contract". Which they too agreed on.

I received a invoice stating that the commercials would play and my wife and i tuned into the station to listen for the commercial between the hours that they would air. No commercial was played with what was provided to us between those hours. They want our money because they said they were played on A.M not F.M. I would not agreed to any airtime on A.M because its not a station that meets our type of customer or even younger Veterans, which was the focus. Very much a scam!!
Been calling customer service for the last two days and now no one is answering phones or calling back. If thats not a red flag for a scam!

I am responding to your response, first off we listened to both am and fm and we did not hear it. We always respond with the same response to all your one start reviews telling us to contact customer service. One they are very rude and think they are always right and the other, they do not always answer or return calls. But i did notice one thing, Most of the one star reviews are the same problem that we had with the same answer call our fantastic customer service team. So in turn, you could reach out to us with your evidence that it played and we will also contact the radio station per our attorney to verify that. We will not pay invoice at this time until this matter is fixed and proof from radio station and yourself that it was played. Please to do not BS me with the same response that you always send out. I also noticed in the Chicago area there were some complaints that were filed but the BBB refuse to help Hmmm.
