Aaron/CMI do terrific work--they are reliable, punctual, professional, and most importantly honest and fair. They did a terrific job installing our full A/V home technology package for our large home. After the sale, support has been excellent as well. Lastly, they have been more than willing to help me with a few small projects I've needed assistance with more recently. Highly recommend!

I was driving and saw one of there vans pass by so i call. I spoke with Mr Aaron and i knew that I was going to have to schedule an appointment. I told him my issue and did not know how to get my sound system to work. Mr Aaron came out, and fixed and helped me understand the remote the app on my phone. Glad I made the call.

If I could give these guys a 6th star I would. We moved to Southlake earlier this year and decided to completely redo the house we purchased inside and out. I wanted the network, smart home, cameras and the best home media I could get. I started projects with Starpower and it was a disaster. I felt I knew more about what I wanted to do and how to do it with a 20 min google search than they did. I say that with imploring I’m not difficult to work with. I got rid of Starpower and found Aaron at Custom Home Media. He came out and did a consult as to what had already been done and how to get me across the finish line. Most of the work Starpower completed had to be re-done and re-programmed by his team and miraculously it worked. The big project was the media room. Knowing these can get pricey we discussed what I wanted to achieve and what would be the best fit. I never got the feeling he was trying to oversell me. The room is unbelievable. I’ve been in other media rooms and mine is perfect. I just can’t say enough about Aaron and his install team Jay and the rest of the crew. Everyone of them are very impressive in their knowledge of what they are doing. They really turned a disaster into one of the strongest aspects of my house.

Contacted Aaron at Custom Media on a Thursday afternoon to get information on outdoor TV’s. Aaron gave me the full run down. Decided to go with the Samsung Terrace and asked Aaron the impossible…can you deliver and install by 11:00 AM Saturday in time for college football games. He “one-upped” my ask and said how about tomorrow (Friday) at 10:00 AM.
Needless to say, customer service was above and beyond exceptional. The Custom Media delivery and installation team were extremely professional and personable.
This is the kind of experience you always wish you would have but rarely do. 5 Stars was a simple decision for Custom Media.

Aaron and his team are the premier home media specialists anywhere around. I’ve lived in three houses since 2009 and Custom Media has installed my A/V system every time. Even a movie theatre in my current house. They’re responsible, reliable, and transparent. Very hard to find that combination today. Call Aaron if you have any A/V needs.
