I just started using 911inet's services yesterday. I was able to pick up my radio in person and they made me a very professional ID. Their dispatch center is state of the art and all of the dispatchers have been extremely nice and professional so far. I serve civil papers and it's nice knowing that someone is looking out for you, they were even able to run names and get me an address when the subject I was attempting to locate had moved.

One of the users on my region channel called in a shots fired and was able to relay the description and plate number, they immediately got PD rolling to the scene and updated them. I've been working fire/ems most of my life so I know good dispatchers when I hear them. if you are considering getting on with this service and are hesitant because of past reviews, don't be, they're great and they're stepping up their game in 2024.

Dispatchers take a while to respond, sometimes don't even respond at all. Most the time you can't understand what they are saying and seems like they don't know how to use their system properly. This Radio is just a good scare tactic for the public it serves no other purpose. Sometimes the dispatchers want you call 911 personally, why have this service then?

I don't see what's the purpose to have 3rd party service to contact to emergency department for that just call 911 directly, for a security company is waste of money. Better off cutting the middle man.

So many reasons why I will not keep paying this company for this service. Daily meetings should be held for these dispatchers who need more training on professionalism.

The owner is very unprofessional and used bad language with my 2 year old in the truck. The service is unprofessional and dispatchers are very rude. I tried to work the disagreement out professionally and they turned off all my radios with my employees in the field. I was current on all my payments. Some of the staff there is very nice, but they have to work with a dictator as a boss, quoting there employee. I strongly recommend any other service.

I cannot believe how unprofessional this service is. When you hire a dispatching company, you expect what you pay for, and with this outfit, you - I - did not get it. The dispatch people were very unprofessional on the radio, meaning that multiple agencies heard it at once. I have taken my business elsewhere, and would advise you to do the same.

So far, I love the service, and the dispatchers are on top of things as they should be. I have used this service before, and to say that it has come a long ways, would be an understatement. The reason I’m not giving four stars, is because of the way the owners treat their customers. I learned tonight, that when you purchase equipment from this company, and pay for their services, you MUST use the services and equipment you purchased, they way they TELL you to use the services and equipment you purchase from them. Not doing so will result in a verbal reprimand, as though we are employed by them, and as though THEY are OUR customers, not the other way around. Other than that, it’s a very affective service they provide, now there’s work to be done on the CUSTOMER service side.

911iNET had changed many lives in security, bail enforcement, fugitive recovery agents and so on. The service is fantastic. The dispatchers are great and customer service representatives are the best. I love having a radio with this company. I have service everywhere. It’s a great deal and company!
