Beautifully designed interior!
As it just opened, had to wait in line for a bit. There are actually no prices listed in the showcase so I was a bit startled when the three small tarts I ordered totaled more than 6000yen. I had to go in exchange one just to go within my budget haha. They pride themselves as vegan so perhaps why it’s a bit high end. Unfortunately I was not very impressed with the tart itself. The fruit and cream on top were all amazing though.

As they have just opened, it seems they only accept cash, wish they announced that earlier as the line is quite long….I didn’t find out until I was at the register and thankfully I had some bills handy.

代々木上原にあるグルテンフリー&ビーガンのお店です。グルテンだけでなく、乳、卵、白砂糖不使用で、クリームは豆乳を使っているようです。その為値段はやや高いですが、お金を払ってでも質にこだわりたい私としてはこのようなお店は嬉しいです◎見た目が可愛く、味も美味しいタルト、最高でした。お店の方も親切で、居心地も良かったです。席は少なめなので、イートインを利用したい方は注意。大きなかき氷を注文されている方も多く、次はそれを食べてみたいです♫

週末代々木上原でランチをしていたら近くにタルト屋さんがオープンという記事を丁度Twitterでみかけ
早速お伺い。

駅前のあの急な坂道を登り切るとマルエツがあるのですが、その近く。

あまりにもたくさんのお祝い花が飾られているので一際目立っていたのですぐにわかります。

イートインもできるようですが、今回はテイクアウトを。
ミックスが売り切れということで、ブルーベリー1100円とメロン1200円を。
それにしてもなかなかのお値段。
持ち帰っていただきました！

商品はすべて乳・卵・砂糖不使用、豆乳クリームを使用していてヴィーガンにも対応しているそう。

タルト生地はさっくさく。
所謂一般的な小麦粉やバターのにおいは一切なく、食感も素晴らしい！
クリームもとても軽やか～。
グルテンフリーでこんな安定感のあるさくさく生地が作れるんだ、と感心することしきり。
フルーツはもちろんどちらもフレッシュで瑞々しく上質感を感じる美味しさ。

特に健康食品に拘る派ではないですが、少々お値段が張っても安心して食べられるスイーツの
存在は嬉しい限り。

表参道にも同時オープンらしいです！

それにしても場所柄かゲストが美人でオシャレ。華やかな方ばかり。
お店に入るのに少々勇気がいりました、笑！

なんと、表参道店と同時に2店舗OPENしています。

どっちの店舗に行こうかちょっとだけ悩みましたが、ここはなじみの深い代々木上原へ
週末にトライしたのですが、イートイン席はかなり少なく混んでいたので、
改めて平日のお昼時にチャレンジしてきました?

入店時は貸し切りでしたが、その後ぽつぽつとお客様が?
人気店ですね！

ヴィーガン & グルテンフリーということもあってか、お値段設定はかなりお高め?
でも、テイクアウトでがっつり買っていくお客様もいらっしゃいます。
(アレルギーのある人でもおいしいタルトが食べれるっていうのは、凄い事なんだろうな？)

店内は白基調のおしゃれな感じ
照明がちょっと黄色いので、お写真を撮るならテラス席の方が良いかもしれません。
(他のお客様がいらっしゃる前に、テラス席でもお写真撮らせてもらいました?)

この日は色々なフルーツが楽しめそうなミックスタルト狙いで伺ったのですが、
当日ショーケースを見て、ブルーベリーに変更?
なぜ、毎朝食べてるのにブルーベリーにしてしまったんだろう？
なんか、惹かれてしまったんだよね?
