Had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Food was excellent and the live music was great. They just so happened to play our wedding song which was perfect. My husband and I had the tuna tartar and scallops as an appetizer. The scallops were over this creamy sweet corn chowder with corn salsa and croutons - it was amazing and the best scallops I’ve ever had! Tuna tartar was delicious too. My husband had the pork chops with this mustard crust and eggplant sauce and I had veal milenase with an arugula salad on top. Both were really delicious meals. The veal was huge and definitely could have split that. Even though we were so full, we still managed to get the yummy Pineapple cake and hazelnut chocolate mousse for dessert.

Cocktails were unique and tasty. The pumpkin arancini were delicious, but the Korean chicken & polenta fries were just average. A bit pricy for the portion sizes. The atmosphere is cool with a live guitar player on a Wednesday night. On the other hand, it was a bit too dark to even see the food on your plate (I put on my phone flashlight to see!). There was only 1 server, and she was definitely spread thin. She was very attentive and friendly - but we felt so rushed to finish our dishes and even to leave the place (and trust me, there was nobody waiting for our table for her to rush us out). While the place has lots of potential, but there are a few things that need to be refined. I would give it a second chance.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here for our anniversary and it was excellent! The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. Our waitress Nicole was very friendly along with the other wait staff who all wished us a happy anniversary. The food was so delicious - we ordered the ceviche, Korean fried chicken, lobster thermador, and Waygu beef. Dessert was an upside pineapple cake with pistachio gelato. ? The cocktails were delicious and they have a great selection of drinks. I would highly recommend for a special occasion or date night. We’ll definitely be going back soon!

Upon arrival this place was really cute and the aesthetics were nice. I was hoping the menu would have more options. The portions are really small for the price, it's a rip off. If the food was super amazing I would understand but the food was just basic; I can get better tasting food at the Cheesecake Factory for less money and more amount. The only good part was our waiter who was attentive. It was also very loud and I couldn't even hear my friend talking to me.

This exceeded expectations at every turn. As a Bergen county native who was spoiled living in Manhattan for a decade, I’ve found myself often feeling that the “best” in NJ was still missing something. Allendale Social was on par and exceeded nyc hot spots in many areas.
First, the service made this a true fine dining experience. Great recommendations and pairings were abundant and the hospitality was warm. Nice touch with valet parking too.
Octopus stood out as a truly great dish. Korean fried chicken was a great starter. Pork chop was a show stopper.
Glad to live close to this place.

Really great food! The Salmon was delicious, and the pineapple pistachio cake was out of this world.

5/5 across the board. Other reviews said small portions for the price but I couldn’t disagree more. Super flavorful, exciting food from appetizers, dinner to dessert. Also AMAZING unique drinks. You need to end your night with the pineapple cake. Can’t wait to come back!

Ambiance is great so were the drinks and appetizers — salad, Korean chicken; the entrees not so much — pasta rigatoni salty, lamb tough and over sauced, purple potatoes sound fun with the salmon but were just flavorless. The waiter was the only one on the floor so overworked and it showed. Better suited as a fancy bar with bites place imo — this type of place is missing in the area.
