We were previously running our business with Optimum's Internet/Phone services. We had multiple outages DAILY on both. They sent a tech out twice and neither time resolved the issue. This was a major hit to our daily revenue and production. Thankfully we came across ALLO! From the initial phone call, service techs and management, everyone provided excellent customer service. If and when their service works, it's fine, although VERY expensive. On the other hand, if it doesn't work, they run you in circles and waste your time. They miss or cancel appointments 50% of the time on house calls as well.

I kept having disconnection issues.
Spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with them. They never solved the issue.

Best service in town. Buried two lines for us and the internet is flawless. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, our internet is always up and running at full speed.
