This company doesn’t even deserve one star it’s just that I have to put one on there. We have had the worst service with this company and customer service is even MORE horrible! Then there’s tech-support, Who like to act like they know what they’re talking about and get rude when you disagree. My husband and I spent all weekend on the phone with them trying to figure out why the heck we’re paying for a service that we’re not being provided. We have the highest Internet package available through them, as well as TV and phone, Yet our Wi-Fi never works I’m using data on my phone when I’m in my own house, The TV is constantly fading in and out and freezing, and I get 100, million telemarketer and spam phone calls on my phone which they tell me I can’t block. So because we have them for phone services I get to be harassed all day by spammers and telemarketers who have it easy because of allo, and the fact that they can’t keep up with other companies and make it so that we can push a number to block these jerks. I wrote allo Regarding their poor customer service the last 20 times that I’ve talk to them, and I was told that I would have a supervisor contacting me which they never did, surprise surprise! Contacted them again this weekend because our TVs were froze I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi on my cell phone or any other device in the house and was transferred to a tier 3 tech named Brandy who clearly had 5 million better things to do than try and help us out. We had a ticket open because of our issues and before we even got anything restarted or fixed she wanted to close our ticket, when I asked her not to because I wanted to make sure the issue was resolved she acted put off and said that she would call me back in a few days personally (we’ll see). Just like I called it she hung up from the phone, and when our TVs and boxes finally restarted they were frozen. So then we called back and we talk to the lovely Scott in tech-support (I hope you can smell the sarcasm). We have never in our lives spoken to someone so incompetent who thinks he knows everything there is to know about the Internet, someone who is rude, over talks the customer, blames their lack of service on our game consuls, our location, and yes just even our own house (that’s not even possible!) Instead of apologizing and just taking responsibility. We have the highest package you can get for Internet services, the reason that we have it this way is so that we don’t have to worry about buffering freezing or any of the other things that we are dealing with, And if we wanted we could add more Apple boxes or other things without having to worry about not having enough Internet to cover everything. So with this highest package that allo has available we’re having issues, it cannot support the things that we have in our house a couple cell phones, a couple game consuls, a couple Apple TVs, couple laptops. And the lovely Scott tells my husband and I that we are not using near what we’re paying for and we should downgrade, that if we want to be using what we’re paying for we don’t need the package that we have right now. Who in their right mind working for a company tries to down sell the company‘s package and who in their right mind would downs sell to people who are already having issues with their highest package?!? When we asked him how this was going to resolve the reliability issue with their company he told us it wasn’t, but that we would then be getting what we were paying for. SERIOUSLY?! I’m 38 years old and never in my life can I remember having this many issues with ANY company and the people who work for them. Then this morning there’s the rude snotty Pamela, who got attitude.. I am absolutely appalled that they would consider hiring the people that they hire. I could write 1 million more things that I hate about this company but I’m going to exceed my character limit. So now onto the BBB, to file a complaint.

Allo has really good service. Before Allo we had a different company and the service was not good, once switching to Allo we were glad that we did. Excellent customer service and excellent service.
