There is an old black lady. She’s so rude to customers. I see a lot of reviews about her. I don’t know why the tiny doesn’t see those Reviews I’m so sorry people such kind doesn’t fit for this kind of position.
I’m going to this place to drop a load, My appointment was at 4 PM and I was trying to check in at 2:30 P.m. but they don’t want to serve me They told me to come back at 4 pm this is bad place specially for foreigners They are disrespectful The amazing thing is it was a shift change, and the old lady told for the one coming the next shift give her an instruction to not serve this guy until his appointment time and I asked them why you guys do on me these things they told me that we are doing what we want will show you we are doing

Nice place to deliver ! Unloaded me early ! Black old lady working early mourning shift was acting bossy and the guy came from nowhere and he put me in door and unloaded me quick !

Check you load where exactly you should pickup coz you can pick up both shipping and receiving, I found out I supposed to pickup from receiving but receiving people left at 2:30 pm, but thanks to Mr Jeff who helped to get my load on the other side of the building at low docks area, overnight parking don’t know bt pickup is quick.
