I highly recommend Antoinette and Toni. Both have always been very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and when necessary, responsive to my phone calls or text messages. The negative reviews on this site are questionable and not reflective of this business, Antoinette or Toni. I wonder if they are being written by competitors who are desperate for business. I would give this place NO stars! Problems from the very beginning. IRS was not accepting our return so the tax "professionals" at Antoinette's sent it via mail. About two months later we finally get a response from IRS saying that they made some adjustments due to a social security number not matching my dependent. Which had me confused because I brought the ACTUAL social security cards for her to enter. After reviewing our return, turns out she put the wrong social. Off by one number! A tax refund that was almost $5,000 went down to $900 because of her mistake! Google says they open at 9 so my husband and I sat in their parking lot waiting for them to open to give them a chance to fix their mistake. 10:30 and still not open. Went to H&R and paid $120 to have it fixed. And now we have to wait for a paper check because it's an amended return which we won't see for another 4 months. Sometimes it doesn't always pay to save a dollar. You might pay more elsewhere but at least you'll have peace of mind knowing that they are being prepared correctly.
