Great place to grab a quick bite and some tap beer . Authentic aspen classic spot. Burgers were great and filling. The steak sandwich was small and delicious. Fries were really fresh and crispy. Chairs at rhe high tables are not very comfortable, so if you're planning on sitting for a while the bar stools or 2 person tables seemed to be more comfortable.

The Aspen Public House is one of our favorite watering holes in downtown Aspen. This place also has very good food. We thought the bar area was beautiful, they have one of the finest top shelf spirits selection we have ever seen anywhere. A must visit apres experience in downtown Aspen. Highly recommended!

Good food, great alcohol and beer selection (didn't have any but noticed their extensive selection). Hubby had Ruben, I had salad, kids split chicken sandwich, all split bruschetta. Everything was so good. Wait staff was friendly and could eat inside or out. It's in a historic building, which is cool too.

The perfect spot for a low-key lunch, pub style. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Food was delicious (Reuben sandwich and the BLT salad). The Eagle old fashioned packs a punch (with the Eagle Rare 10-yr old bourbon). We enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the Olympics.

Great location! Great people! The food is typical better bar food. We sat at the bar, got shishito peppers to start. Ordered rosé and a Pilsner. The local burgers were priced beautifully and tasted delicious. Good spot for a drink & good food.

I came here last night with my wife and it did not disappoint. The shishito peppers were an excellent starter. I definitely enjoyed the trout as well. I was highly impressed by the whole section of different variations of an old fashioned and they did not disappoint. Only putting as a four star because my wife’s salad came with chicken- which was a bit dry, but overall was a wonderful choice for a reasonably priced dinner in Aspen.

Cool rustic setting. The food and drinks were great. Unfortunately our waitress did not know anything about the menu, restaurant, WiFi, etc and two of our items came out different from the menu. The kitchen was missing ingredients and did not tell us until we were eating. Still a great spot to grab a burger made from local beef
