Possibly the worst internet provider. Speed is always slow. Cuts out randomly. I call 24/7 tech and sit on hold for 10 min just to get told it’s normal and just have to call in everyday to have them hard reset it or they just tell me to unplug it and plug it back in. You guys have reviews up the ass for the same problem from the last 4 years and you respond saying you’re gonna fix it but have yet to do anything. If you are looking for internet I urge you to not waste your money with this company. They will act sweet and be respectful but they don’t change a damn thing.

We ordered a new phone system with Applied Communications Technology for my work place. They responded quickly with their quote and answered all of our questions. The new system was ordered and received very fast. The install was done without interrupting our business. The new phones are great, and Corey Groves made sure we were set up and operating along with following up a few days later to answer more questions.

I want to give a BIG shout out to ATC Communications. They have been my internet provider for over 7 years. I have always recieved great and fast service whenever I had trouble, which was not very often. Most of the time they could check my service right from their office and do their magic. I always had a very kind and knowledgeable tech on the end of the phone that would talk me throughactions I needed to try. I am being hooked up to fiber optics today. I will miss my relationship with ATC. Thank you for your service ATC!!

Since we are moving out of the area, I decided to leave a five year review of this company.

In the beginning our newly connected internet was very good. Now, Random outages is our main complaint. Nights and weekends are the worst. This company boasts, reliability. This is not reliable internet. The cost is outrageous due to reliability issues. Support is another issue. When you call to report an issue, you are told to restart your box by unplugging it, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging back in. Nine out of ten times, this does not fix the issues.

Maybe this company should use all the payments they receive to update their equipment or something. I'm not going to miss living in Elwood Nebraska.

So I live in the country and were supposed to get 15mb but we barely get 10, keep in mind this has been going on for the past 2 years. This is truly disappointing of a internet company. We only have internet thru them bc its our only option. I do not recommend unless you live in town (might be better) or its your only option.
