Lacy was very helpful when we came in to add a line and buy a new phone! She gave us all the information we needed and answered every question thoroughly. She is very friendly. We are even coming back tomorrow to get my husband a new phone and asked if she would be around to help us again. Phenomenal customer service.

The staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible. The store is nicely set up and clean to however they can’t do anything but set up new phone, tv, or Internet accounts. And sell high price merchandise. They are selling products to high ex. I looked at a pop socket and it was 20.00 plus taxes. Well I can get the same thing at Walmart for less than 10.00. We left the store with the same issues we walked in with. Nothing was fixed and we bought nothing. So I have to resort to calling and talking to someone over the phone for two hours, that may or may not speak English. So as we leave I’m asking myself what do we even have a AT&T store for anyway if they can’t help with any issues

I had a very good experience yesterday at the at@t store here in Helena. Lacey was great. She worked with me forever and figured out my problem. My bone to pick is with at@t, not Lacey's fault. Your ad on TV says new and current customers get deals. At@t speaks with forked tongue. I had to buy a new 5G phone because my 4G was no longer supported. I got NO deal. Nothing off and I asked. You need to stop running that ad. It's not true. I have been with at@t for MANY YEARS. Go figure.

Super helpful staff. Quick service with no pressured sales. Truly a 5 star experience. Made me want to just stay and hangout for a while. Very welcoming
