It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with this company. Angely was professional, sweet, and very helpful getting me set up as a first time customer. It’s not very often I get to deal with someone as helpful and sweet , not to mention so easy to understand, it sure was nice. Cam was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional when he came out to install the hardware and set it up. All in all, great customer service. We are very satisfied customers.

I spoke to Dre yesterday concerning my bill. I told her that I needed to make changes in my subscription.She was very knowledgeable of products and thorough with the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and very patiently listened to every word I had to say to make sure she addressed all of my concerns. Her customer service skills were impeccable.

It was great working with Anthony (tech 46) on today as he completed a service request. Anthony explained what was needed and what he was about to do. While completing the service request he took the time to check in to see if my service was good for me and my family, discussed products and he made suggestions also. Sometimes you get a technician who just does the work and leave, so it was refreshing to work with Anthony today.

My customer care person was Dre. Dre was courteous and went the extra miles to explain my bill as well as made some adjustment to my service. She thank me for being a valued customer for many years. I had questions about some of the cable boxes. She assured me it was easy and I could free to call back I'd necessary.

Tech #52 installed our Internet today. Did a great job, obvious pride in his workmanship. Only complaint I have is that I can't give him more than 5 stars. Beam should be proud of this employee.

We've been waiting for several years for BEAM to come to our rural area where we had no other Internet option except for satellite. The installers have worked tirelessly. Charmaine was knowledgeable, friendly and excellent at helping me decide my options. Chris and Cam were outstanding technicians who made sure everything was up and running quickly and efficiently. Glad to know there is such a great BEAM TEAM!

Anthony our tech today his # 46 has truly restored my faith in Beam! I’ve had my fair share of issues to say the least, I needed a change of where my router was in my house and he went above and beyond! Replaced everything and gave me a whole new set up!! Anthony!
