My room was large and comfortable and I slept great. The WiFi worked well too. I did not get to try the breakfast because I overslept my first morning (breakfast ends at 8 a.m. on Friday) and I was up early for an event on Saturday. The front desk clerk was very welcoming. Parking in the fenced area felt secure. There is a Waffle House and a Whataburger literally across the street too.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel and canβt wait to return!

Upon arrival we were dubious about the location but they do have gated parking so decided to proceed. This hotel has been updated for the most part but I was very horrified upon checking in and getting ready to wash up when air and very dirty muddy water came gushing out of the sink. I let it run a bit and it did clear up but it was really shocking. The same thing happened with the bath when I went to take a shower, lots of air, mud and muddy water came out. The phone in the room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk. Because I was so tired and the water appeared to clear up I just went to bed. The beds are comfortable and pillows were good. The next morning when I went to check out I asked about the water issue and was told that unfortunately the City of Jackson doesn't inform the hotel when they are doing construction and they had been working right around the corner. REALLY? How does mud and and air get into the hotel system just because construction was going on? the hotel does offer a full breakfast but we were afraid to eat it not knowing about the water.

The desk clerk was terrific! We were dragging when we arrived, but by the time we headed to our rooms, we were all laughing and having fun! Great experience all around!

Positive: "" Negative: I put a 6 due to the breakfast - egg texture was grainy-seemed like it was frozen or something and the same with the potatoes. It wasn't eatable. That was disappointing as I paid the higher rate to stay to have the convenience of the food for the family.

Has a gated parking. Rooms were nice but blankets and sheets had stains on them. My husband got stuck in the elevator. The orange juice in the breakfast area tasted water down. Our first room had a cricket in the room but we were moved. Customer Service was great. The hotel is being updated. Hopefully the work happens quick.

The 6 a.m. breakfast was not out at 6 a.m. Nothing was out, but after inspecting the containers used for keeping the food warm, we decided we would eat somewhere else. The water in them was filthy. The pots and lids themselves were filthy. The carpet in our room was soaking wet between the bed and window (likely from a recent storm), and the room had the intense odor of heavy mildew. My wife inadvetantly walked on this wet carpet and her feet began burning, likely from whatever chemical was used in an attempt to kill the mildew. This room needed a wet-vac and fans--not occupants. I believe I may take my customer loyalty to another chain in hopes of bettere accommodations.

Our room had a sofa and coffee table, actually more a suite than just a room. The entire place was spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, and it even has a guest laundry room. We liked the secure, fenced parking, too.
