I've worked with the passionate, thoughtful and talented team at Big Duck on two important marketing and communications projects. Because they partner solely with nonprofits (of all sizes), they have a tremendous appreciation and respect for the unique challenges facing these organizations, and they approach our shared goals with complete commitment and enthusiasm. I highly recommend them to any nonprofit looking for a true partner to help them achieve their goals.

Big Duck is such a unique contributor to the field. Squarely focused on non-profits and innovative in developing tools, assets, campaigns, and organizational identities that help a range of important institutions, like those I've worked for, thrive.

Can't say enough good things about Farra, with whom I worked on a rebrand some six to seven years ago. She was super adroit at keeping the process on track, engaging key stakeholders, and channeling our collective energy into a new identity that I felt great about.

Have since enjoyed tracking Big Duck's regular insights and contributions to the field!

I worked closely with Big Duck as my organization was redeveloping its organizational identity and messaging. I found the team to be extremely competent, creative, intelligent, and supportive -- the delivered on their deadlines, helped us think in new ways, and created assets for us that continue to serve our organization by showcasing the personality and values that are most important to us. Could not recommend more! I continue to follow their blog and emails for best practices in messaging, fundraising, and more.

I have contracted with Big Duck multiple times over the past few years and recommend the firm to others all the time. I am most impressed by the quality of their work, the creativity and professionalism of their teams, and their ability to facilitate cross-departmental engagement in a highly effective way. I deeply value having a partner in our communications work that understands and can effectively amplify our mission and values as a BIPOC-led organization working at the intersection of race and gender.

Big Duck is my #1 recommendation for nonprofits looking to rebrand or transform their communications. They are essential partners that guide organizations through unearthing the heart of what they do and why they do it, and they deliver powerful designs, messaging, and strategies that elevate brands to new levels.

In addition, the staff is made up of some of the most generous people you'll ever meet, sharing their knowledge, time, and expertise through their blog, podcast, and conference sessions.

When I have questions about communications or fundraising, the people of Big Duck are the experts I want to talk to. Sarah, the founder, is a visionary and Farra and Liz are smart, talented, and people-oriented. They care deeply about the work that nonprofits are doing and will go the extra mile. I've worked with them as a staff person at two nonprofits and would do so again in a heartbeat!
