Big Red Jelly built our website in 2023 on the Shopify platform. They are very quick, responsive, and always make sure all of our criteria is met. They are so easy to work with, have excellent customer interaction, and most importantly, do outstanding work! Zach Webber has been our main point of contact and is incredible at making sure we are satisfied and has even made tutorial vidoes for how we can make some routine changes on our own. We have gone back to Big Red Jelly several times as new issues have arisen and they continue to be great to work with and get our issues fixed extremely fast. Lauren Robinson from the support team has been equally outstanding to work with and has always gotten our issues resolved very quickly. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again for our website needs!
