Found this place one day just walking around searching for food....

Fast and cheap meals, a variety of ways to be served tots and chicken tenders amongst other combinations. Dipping sauces, sides, and an incredibly spicy menu, one heat challenge, even daring you to take it on.

A relaxing little environment, fast, tasty, and all for a fantastic price.

Visiting Dallas and trying places that we do not have in my hometown but that my family would eat.
Food here was fine - it has real levels of heat to it, so if you are a mild spice person, this might be a tough place for you. But, it is good.
The staff there that day (the 14th) was excellent at lunch! Patient, answered questions from we tourists, and helpful. I hope their manager gives them a lot of credit.
Some comments for readers: Seating is not a lot; this is not necessarily a place to linger. It seems to cater to the business district lunchers.

This place is hot! Brand new concept in downtown Dallas specializing in serving the best chicken tenders and bringing the heat too. We tried the vegan option care of Atlas Monroe, one of the toughest brands to get your hands on, and it was quite amazing. Perfectly crispy and tender at the same time.

They come in for levels of spiciness, OSHT: original, spicy, hot, and tap out. The hottest level sauce was co-designed by the same people that make the sauces for Hot Ones, so you know what they’re talking about. I was content with the regular spicy tenders, but I did watch a couple of people try the Tap Out challenge. They had to finish one of their tenders in five minutes without any help from water, milk, or whatever.

I’ll be back again for sure as this is the only place that serves Atlas Monroe in the area.

Hellooo!!! Visiting from Miami Beach I just wanted to eat a nice sandwich and I found birdguesa on my path…

The girl at the register wasnt the most attentive but she always had that big smile on her face…

I had a regular fried chicken tender sandwich with pickles, tomatoes, and dressing (no lettuce in house).

It was just criminally fantastic at the point that I was about to order another one…

The restaurant has a lot of mexican rustling masks and paintings in the walls!!!

This is a great place to eat if Chicken is on your menu!! They have a simple: Chicken sandwiches are great, chicken tenders are fantastic, even the tator tarts are awesome! They have Original, Spicy, Hot and Tap-Out. I wouldn't recommend the Tap-Out unless you're ready for 3 Million Scoville's to BURN your mouth and everything on the way out.
If you finish the Tap-Out Challenge you get the distinction of writing your name on the wall and your picture taken with the Tap-Out Championship Belt.
We didn't try the salad (can't imagine why it would be bad) and their drinks were also delicious.

really delicious vegan meal for a great price! the vegan box included a sandwich, tots, corn salad, extra sauce and drink for just about $12. can’t beat that in the area, plus it tasted great.

This is the spot where you want to eat. Great flavor and price with a fast service. The place is one of a kind. I had to review it after my 3rd visit. Come to eat and ask for a sticker and represent. A+

Reasonable priced restaurant in the Dallas Downtown area.  The combo meal I ordered had a lot of chicken in it, but the best part is that it came with a couple of flour tortillas which I later found out is part of the combo.  They mainly focus chicken hence the name Birdguesa.
