Rikki, Jared and everyone there has done more than I thought existed in building, editing, and managing our website and marketing in a way that makes it really difficult to NOT want to get involved! They are truly passionate about what they do in getting to know the in's and out's of the business they are working with in order to better direct resources where needed based on actual area data. Are they human and make mistakes, possibly, but I have yet to see them make a mistake so they might be robots that look really human! Kidding aside, they are extremely open minded and not set in archaic ways so when a business owner speaks, they listen and adapt. It is not a forced relationship but one that is cultivated from a mountain of raw data and based on the direction and vision a business owner has for his/her company.
