This place is a joke and a waste of tax payer dollars. I have tried for over a month to just get a call back regarding applying for some health assistance for my terminal and disabled mother. Her husband has also called multiple times as well and go figure, can’t talk to a single person and never receive a call back. Anybody that has anything good to say about this place has personal ties to someone working inside I guarantee it. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I could rate negative stars.

I called seeking some help on a benefits matter and the woman onver that who's name is joan basically talked down to me and was very rude and when she got tired of hearing of my problem she just flat hung up on me, I called back and told her that she was a rude person and that if i ever had a problem again the last thing i would do is ask them for help.

It is the worst place ever; they will show up with no proof of anything or paperwork and take your children. They only care about the money they can get from your children! They will make up lies to make you look bad

Buchanan DSS like all social services work diligently, tirelessly and for little pay in stressful, often unappreciated field- that most people are unwilling or incapable of doing- their are looking out for the safety and needs of their people and I can't say enough great things about them as a fellow human service worker- thank you all

I can’t say enough good about these people. Jo and Kim were so wonderful to me and my PTSD dog. They helped me with everything I needed with professionalism and kindness and empathy and I was so happy to have such wonderful people helping me. I was so anxious to go there, but they immediately put my mind at Ease. I’m glad there are caring people still in this world. Thanks so much for all your help.

CPS And FOSTER Care workers are absolutely CROOKED !! If they show up to your house be sure to Video Record Everything. That way the Lies Don’t Get Started on your Family and then the lies taken in front of the juvenile judge !! Remember it’s all about the Foster Care Money ! Lawyers, the foster care drivers , workers , The Federal Government sends money that pays all these People !! STOP REMOVING CHILDREN FROM THERE PARENTS !! 4th Amendment SHOULD MATTER! Due process rights.

Dont,t know where to Begain.Incompatance that always hurts the people that needs help.Workers that busts up loving homes puts so much stress on parents and children till they nearly have breakdowns. Invade peoples homes like they own them.all why breaking every rule in the book All this why real kids in need suffer.A first class example of what is wrong with the system and a festering sore on the community.

The worst social services ever will not do there job and will not return a phone call oh but I'm keeping a log and I will not let it go. Edit here we go again two years later still same old stuff sorry workers if you hate your job that bad just quit I hope that what's happening to me has not happened to anyone else I'm glad they are higher ups that might be able to take care of this.
