Chet's was a gem of a find. It's a nice place with a good ambiance. I went for lunch to celebrate my mother's birthday. We were not disappointed. There were three of us and we ordered 3 different entrees that were all delicious. We had the grilled salmon, fish and chips, and the gyro. We recommend all three. The bread pudding was good too. The cocktails are tasty. I had the French 75 and Kentucky Mule, which were on happy hour. I will be back to try more of the menu items.

Great service, very attentive and friendly. I liked the ambiance and the mood lighting. Unfortunately, it wasn't dim enough for me to see that the medium rare ribeye I ordered, was more medium. The only pink was in the very center. Not a deal breaker as it still had tremendous flavor, but I would ask for rare next time as to not have it overcooked. The truffle mac and cheese was creamy and absolutely delicious. I'm not a huge drinker but the Brown Sugar Old Fashioned, which was recommended by the server, was probably one of the best drinks I've ever had. I would go back during happy hour just for that.

I ordered the bread pudding to go. The coconut ice cream that it came with was unique and tasty. I honestly wasn't impressed with actual bread pudding part though.

Parking is easy with street parking and a pay for parking lot located directly across the street.

Ana was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and she checked in just the right amount. She made our dining experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and professionalism. We’ll definitely be coming back when we are in Texas and will be asking for Ana again!

Ordered the Thai sweet shrimp and rice which was enjoyable. The reason for the 3 stars is service and attention to detail can improve. I waited at least 3 minutes at the hostess booth before I was approached. A couple who came after me was seated immediately and received refreshments before I did.

The high table cloth was dirty. I asked to be removed to another table. My initial thought was to try the BBQ restaurant across the street. Normally, if the customer service or attention to detail is missed, the restaurant experience is not that great. Hopefully, this type of experience is not common and should be fixed if this occurs often.

We popped into Chet’s because they have their gluten free menu items identified on their online menu (thank you!)!

Jorge was our server, he was kind and attentive and thoughtful! I ordered the grilled salmon for lunch and the chocolate torte for dessert. - both were gluten free and both were delightful!

Thank you for having gluten free menu items AND for including the specific items available to view online! So many places have a separate gluten free menu available in person, but not online. Knowing you had options (that were not just salad or steamed broccoli) made deciding where to dine so much easier!

Absolutely Loved Chets. Both the Irish Stew and Cajun Chicken sandwich were totally amazing. Irish Bread Pudding with ice cream top it all off perfectly. Service was super friendly and top notch. Reasonable prices for the quality and taste. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. If you’re in Dallas and need to eat, stop by Chets and tell’m Trucking Tony from Idaho recommend them. Enjoy!

Stopped here after my kids dental appointment around the corner for lunch and what a great treat it was. Food was top quality even during lunch. Waiter is very nice and attentive his name was Andy. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time experiencing Chet’s Dallas. I found it at the spur of the moment searching for a dinner outing and you all did not disappoint! The moment I walked in I was amazed.

It’s a beautiful restaurant w/ a breathtaking lounge area and nice bar. The Lavender Lemon Old Fashioned was perfect—very smooth and rich. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Rigatoni pasta were sooo GOOD. The perfect amount of spice, creaminess and seasoning. It got better with every bite to the point I was in disbelief. 😩🔥🔥🔥I have hands down NEVER had a cheesecake better than the cheese cake I had here.

Lex, our waitress, was so sweet, fast, attentive and she gave us the background of the owner / restaurant because of how in love I was. The owner has 5 or 6 other restaurants on that same block. 🤯 Because of my experience at Chet’s Dallas, I will be trying them out!
