I ordered a banner to use as a temporary sign for the grand opening of my business. They asked what I wanted it was emailed 3 times by me to them correctly. I received one sign that was not correct and told them, they said they would fix it when I picked up the new banner the correction was a patch that was placed over the old mistake, not only was the color of the font on the patch black when the rest of the signage font was green but the correction was not correct. I went in to show them that it was still not correct with my original emails in hand to show that I had correctly written down what should have been on the banner. The woman that was working the desk was kind and listening to what I was saying but then a man (I'm assuming the owner) told me he was trying to save me money even though it was not my mistake and would not even look at the emails I was trying to show him. After he began arguing with me I just left the sign there and walked out
