This has always been one of the more consistent Chipotle's in the area. There's one other Chipotle we go to regularly that we cannot order online because the portions are so much smaller. This one has consistent size portions between online or in store though. Good food friendly people usually really quick service.

This was the saddest excuse of a chipotle experience I've ever had. Ignoring the burrito size, the big issue was the overly salted chips. Or rather, I should say, the biggest issue with the meal I did get. I decided to forgo the guac which was so dark that I had a visceral reaction to it. I've never looked at something before and immediately known it would make me sick if I ate it. I guess I'll see how I feel in eight hours and check back in.

I typically love Chipotle, eat there at least once a week. Came to this one after a LONG work week, working 3 jobs. I ordered a burrito bowl to go, white rice, brisket, pico, sour cream and cheese. Ugh, I was so extremely disappointed. Couldn't even finish, not because it was a lot of food. First, the rice was tasteless, and crunchy, don't think rice is supposed to be crunchy. The brisket was also tasteless and dry, small cubes, never had brisket in small cubes, so hard, I think it sat in the bin WAY too long, coudn't even chew it. Way too tired to go fight with the "kids" that work there, nor waste my gas to drive back. I'm EXHAUSTED, threw it away and went to bed!!!

I used to eat chipotle 3-4x a week. Then I moved to Arvada. Over the past 4 years I’ve been coming here and usually disappointed. I’ve had multiple occasions of ice chunks in the corn from not defrosting properly, mushy rice, depression era chicken rations, drowning my burrito in sour cream, and more. 2 stars not 1 because I have low standards and the food is edible. I hate being a negative Nancy and almost never leave anything but 5 star reviews but I love chipotle so much I just want management to get it right and go back to eating chipotle daily. As of right now, I guess I’ll just have to keep killing myself with the cancerous heart attack inducing Burger King and Taco Bell in the same plaza that I deem to have better quality control.

This needs no description. This was the burrito I just had delivered. I’ll become a Qdoba fan before I waste my money on this again.

UPDATE: I got ahold of Chipotle customer service as recommended. Two phone calls, three different reps only to be told “Sorry we can’t help you if you had it delivered.” Never again.

I haven't been to this location in quiet some time and usually the service here is pretty solid.
But I just visited for the first time in quiet awhile today and I can say it was the worst Chipotle experience ever.

When asking for extra Fajitas I was told "that's already 3 servings" excuse me? I was always under the impression fajitas and other extras were included without charge. And the amount I asked for wasn't a ridiculous amount either.

And to top things off, I asked for extra steak, fully expecting to pay for a full serving on the side. But the worker reached for a container then for some reason changed their mind and decided to drop 4-5 extra pieces into the bowl.
And I thought "oh that was nice of them to just throw a but extra in"

But then was baffled I was charged for a full extra steak.

Just how stingy the workers were and how bad mannered they were just caught me by surprise. After hearing also how portion sizes are also worse across the map, I was curious to see if this was the case and it definitely seems this location is following this trend.

I won't be back here and highly recommend everyone to just avoid this Chipotle. Maybe try another or just go to Qdoba.

It's been awhile since I've been to a Chipotle. Ordered a bowl with carnitas meat, and as the lady serving it she's complaining that it doesn't look good, gave it to me anyways. And then I fell for the trap, I didn't know they charged extra for the melted cheese or guac, so my bill for a fountain drink and bowl was $18!! Looking back at the ordering process, the worker asked if I wanted the cheese and guac and didn't ask about anything else... so I'm guessing they were trained to ask customers if they want those items because those are the only two items you have to pay extra for. It's not a huge deal, but I'm just annoyed.
