I went there with artwork in multiple formats an artist did for my business. My thinking was to go local rather than online in order to have better communication. Also, they say DTG is their specialty. I wanted shirts and hats. The lady working upfront looked at over my artwork and told me it can’t be done, then told me to change pretty much everything on a design I worked with and paid for to get the idea and detail into. She then told me they have an artist who can make me something different. I said I wasn’t wanting a new design, just the one I had put on the back of shirts. She then explained to me like I was the dumbest person alive how it can’t be done. She also offered to have Todd come out and tell me the exact same thing, if I didn’t like hearing it from her. I held my tongue and left highly irritated. I looked around online, used Printful for 30 tee shirts and they used DTG with the exact design I went in there with and it turned out great and for a much better price. I used Caps to you for the 36 hats and got a great deal and they turned out perfect. My preference would have been to support our local business as I own a small business, but the communication I was willing to pay more for was abusive, which is ridiculous when I came to spend a good bit of money on what they claim to specialize in. I’m very happy with the way things turned out with these other companies, but highly disappointed with my experience at Cool Caps blue train apparel. She should tell people WE can’t do this, not that it can’t be done.

I called several places about monogramming. I called cool caps and the lady that answered the phone was very kind, answered my questions, and made feel as though they wanted my business. I went in and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Please use them for all of your monogramming and everything else they offer. Thanks cool caps for being a 5 star company.

Went looking for NLR apparel . Was able to customize my son's hoody and it was ready in an hour. Also saw a few more pieces I'll.be back for for my daughter. Good customer service and helpful. Quality was also very good.
