The level of customer service from copycat printing & signs is so refreshing. The young lady that handled my print job (Adeladde I apologize if I spelt it incorrectly) went above and beyond to ensure my print job was correct. She called me to make sure she understood what I wanted and even offered to stay after they closed to get my job completed for me. She was thorough and patient with my request and exceeded my expectations. It's great to see a business that still understands the importants of quality and customer service. 100% recommend.

I consider myself a patient person, but this was ridiculous. I ordered simple business cards on a Monday. It was supposed to take 4-5 days until they sent a proofing to review. That Friday and the next Monday there was still nothing. I called Tuesday morning, so they rushed it and sent me a proofing that evening. The designs were not what I asked for. All the points I had asked for were spread out across 3 card options. I sent an email detailing (very kindly!) exactly what I liked about the options (all the points I had requested from the beginning) and requested new designs. I called the next day for an update and they lied to me. They said they had already sent the second proofing that morning, but I checked my email several times and there was nothing. They sent the second proofing immediately after the call, I promptly picked one (there were only 2 designs to choose from, not exactly as nice as the first proofing, but sending for a new proofing would be an up-charge of a whopping $25!) and sent my approval. Just to be sure, I called again to see how long it might be before they were printed. "Typically 24 hours from when you approve the proofing" they said. So, 24 hours later, I called for an update. It suspiciously seemed like they only worked on my order when I called. My order was not even in the que to be printed that day. "MAYBE early next week" they said, because the printers didn't even have my file yet after 24 hours. This was a Friday and the second full business week since I had ordered. Because I was so insistent (and rightly so), they decided they could "rush" my order through printing and have it ready that day for an up-charge. I had told them if it wasn't ready by noon I wouldn't be able to pick it up and would have to cancel my order. I asked about how long it would take to print them several times, but they just said they would call me when they were done. At exactly noon I called to cancel. But the one I spoke to didn't communicate with the team, because they called me later to say my order was ready. I couldn't come get them even if I wanted to and I told them that I had already canceled my order some time before. 5 minutes later, I get a passive aggressive voicemail from the owner, bullying me and threatening to turn it into collections. He even had the gull to say it was bad business practice on my end. At this point, I wouldn't even take the cards for free.
So, I ordered from an online printer for less than half the original cost of copycat. They will be in my hands before copycat said they would "maybe" have them printed. I can understand being busy, as a small business owner. If they had been upfront that the process would take more than 2 weeks or even a month, I would have been more understanding. But lying, taking more than twice as long as estimated on everything, neglecting orders and customers, getting kert with customers when they respectfully ask for updates and everything else they did is not good business practice. For Copycat and the customer both! I hope they treat their other customers more honestly.
If any Copycat associate reads this, know that if he does actually follow through with that threat he can talk to my lawyer. That man will not receive a single penny from me!

I was throwing a party for my parents, and my printer refused to print my invites. In a panic, because I had to get these out, I called copycat in Grand Island. A lady said they could help and print them for me that day. A dream come true!! However, that dream come true quickly turned into a nightmare. I thought she said they could do a design, so I sent what I wanted. She called to tell me they couldn't and asked me to resend one they didn't have to design. So, I did. After a couple of hours, I hadn't heard anything, and was in the area, so I stopped in. I (and I was being nice. I was, in no way, confrontational) told the guy who is was and I wanted to make sure it was recieved, ok, and maybe an eta on completion. The guy immediately started screaming at me. Honestly, I'm not sure what all he said, because after a couple minutes of him screaming, I started having a panic attack (trauma is beautiful isn't it 🫤). He ended up screaming at me that he didn't see anything, but he didn't know what was in the lady's file, and she'd let me know when she got back from lunch. So, I left and waited. And waited. After a couple hours, I still hadn't heard anything (she was supposed to be back a few minutes after I left), but was terrified to call and check. So I had my husband call. She said she hadn't received it, didn't know that I'd been on and was waiting for her call, and it was to late to get them done that day. She offered to do them the next day, but I was only in town that 1 day. So, we had no invites for the party (still half expecting to get home one day to find 500 all over the office floor lol). The 2 ladies that I spoke with were awesome. That guy though, idk who he was, but he has no business being in customer service. Go to the Kearney store. They are amazing!!

This company threatens to send you to collections after your order has been cancelled and without even sending you an invoice. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The owner, Jay Wren, was so patient and kind in helping me create posters for our post prom party. I told him what my budget was and he helped me stay within that amount while still creating beautiful products. Then I started telling other people about how awesome my experience has been with copycat printing and I found out that I’m behind the times. Everybody uses copycat printing!!
