I wanted to write this review to warn others who are considering working for or with Keihon Sarkhosh and Evetta Martirosyan-Sarkhosh. I am a photographer who was contracted by Creative Agency Partner's (CAP) to photograph a wedding almost 2 months ago. I photographed the wedding, delivered the raw photos to Evetta and confirmed the client received the edited gallery. As of today, I have still not been paid for my services. Their website and emails are now down and the owners do not reply to any messages. Steer clear of ever working for Keihon Sarkhosh and Evetta Sarkhosh.

I hired CAP through Keihon Sarkhosh to provide $10,000 worth of marketing material and videos for my company on August 19th 2022. To this day i have yet to see anything produced by the company nor can i get a call back from Keihon Sarkhosh after multiple attempts to contact him. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Whoever responded to the credit card investigation falsified information by indicating a shipment of random marketing product was sent without delivery receipt. Further checking into the business I found the doors have been closed and Keihon was being perused for multiple cases of Fraud. Keihon from what i understand has still been charging people for services unrendered under CAP or other marketing company names.

I cannot recommend CAP for weddings under any circumstance. It seems that most of their reviews are positive for last minute requests or for corporate events. I am posting this in effort for others to avoid this experience.

I first reached out to CAP online after reading positive reviews and seeing a variety of the weddings they had shot on their website. I was contacted within the same day and was very impressed with their communication and thoroughness in the process prior to the wedding. I had a zoom call with the product manager two weeks before the wedding and ran through everything we needed. We needed a two hour session with a photographer that would be able to stage us and bring their own lighting. Two days before the wedding there was a text thread created between the photographer, me, my husband, and the product manager. I was very impressed with their communication.

The photographer came, snapped photos, and everything went swimmingly.

The ball dropped completely when we got the images. Without going into all the details this is what I can say, there are no solo photos of my husband. The ‘you may kiss the bride photo’ is of his back. There were only 2 photos of the both of us standing and one he was mid smile and the other has a backpack in the background. The edits were unflattering and pixelated. There were 165 photos in the gallery and 40 of them were of people eating dinner. Not posing while eating dinner. Literally mouths open, hunched over eating.

I reached out via email and the response back was to apologize that I was not satisfied with the photographer. The overarching issue was not the photos. It was the post production of what was sent and how they were edited. There were better pictures and the error was a breakdown of process and procedure. I had multiple photos that friends took behind the photographer while my husband and I were in my session and many of them were not represented in the gallery. When I asked about it, they said that there were over a 100 photos that did not get downloaded for a reason unknown to them. It took over a week before we received the second gallery. We were grateful for the additional photos, however, what is devastating is how I had to follow up and that I have NO photos of my husband on his wedding day. No one apologized or addressed this.

They did give us a $300 gift card to their website to print photos, which we appreciated and was very generous.

I do not recommend CAP, we paid for an important Company's function and the photographer did not show up on the day. And to date I have not received the credit of almost $2000 that we paid.
