David Farrow of Creative Goose has been helping me with my Apple products for decades. He has always been an amazing Apple consultant and technician (and a delight with whom to work!).
However, this last week he surpassed even his own incredible track record and wins an award for persistence and excellence in getting my email account reactivated. AT&T mistakenly deactivated my email account of 25+ years a few days after a forced migration from DSL to their AT&T Air program. Anyone who has dealt with AT&T customer ‘service’ knows how crazy-making their level of disorganization and ineptitude makes it for the consumer even for simple matters. But this was no simple matter. David eventually got through to the final escalation in customer service at AT&T - the Executive Office of AT&T’s President. This was what became necessary to get my email account reactivated after multiple, multiple calls up the supervisory ladder within AT&T. During this frustrating telephonic journey, none of the customer reps or their supervisor or their supervisor’s manager (and so on…) could find a way to correct the problem.
To say that this was a Herculean task significantly understates the effort!!!
I highly recommend David as the absolute best person that you could ever have for maintaining and troubleshooting your Apple products.
