First time here. I really liked the environment and staff. The staff was easily the best I've experienced in a long time. Nothing but prompt and efficient service with incredible smiles. I didn't order everything on the menu, but I did order to grilled chicken wrap (the sauce mixed with the chicken was watery). I also ordered the fried pickles. These were 1/4 slices, sliced long ways. The batter did not adhere well to half of each spear. I'd recommend going with pickle chips and altering the batter mix. The menu looked really good. I'd totally recommend this spot. I'll totally return.

I came in for some lunch and definitely will be back! My waitress, Dani, did an excellent job!! I ordered the lunch House Salad with fried chicken and was pleased with what I ordered. The vegetables were fresh, the chicken was crispy and tender, the garlic toast was ON👏 POINT 👏, and the restaurant and restrooms were nice and clean!!! The location of D Food Collab is also in a nice central location!!! Easy walking to and around downtown Dalton and easy to find! 20/10 a MUST recommend 😁

D Food Collab is such a vibe, the pictures don't do it justice. Dining here is an authentic experience in the best way. We ordered fried pickles, fried cactus, lemon pepper corn, and sweet potato fries for appetizers, and they were all impeccable. We also ordered a bison burger and a kid's burger, and they were both phenomenal. I'll have a hard time deciding between trying something new and getting another burger next time we go.

The owners were actually on-site on the Sunday afternoon we visited, and we had a chance to chat with them about the origin of D Food Collab- it's a local and family-owned establishment. They also have open mic night and live music on the weekends. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Definitely a gem in Dalton . Their burgers are so freaking good . We ordered M room burger . It is a little messy but worth it . You have to eat with knife and fork . We ordered Los Remy burger . It is awesome too . Our server Jackson was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend

P.S : they have live music on Friday nights

I recently visited D Food Collab, and while the aesthetics were stunning, that was about where the positives ended. The ambiance, décor, and overall vibe were certainly Instagram-worthy, but the food was a complete letdown. The dishes looked beautiful but lacked any real flavor or depth. It felt like style over substance, with each bite leaving me disappointed. To make things worse, I started feeling sick shortly after eating, which really soured the experience. I had high hopes given the hype, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. A restaurant’s primary goal should be to deliver good food, and sadly, this one missed the mark entirely.

If there were more stars to give this place I would. The food was so freaking good. Im actually still in the place as im writing this. The staff is bilingual which is a plus in my eyes. I had the birria burrito, my children had the quesadillas & my husband a burger. All of it was cooked to perfection and tasted so good! I will 100% be back. Elissa & Andre attended us there and both were very kind and had outstanding costumer service! I’d literally recommend this spot to anyone.

This place was fantastic! The M'Rooms burger was excellent, but messy. Must eat with a knife and fork. But easily one of the best burgers in Dalton. Fried jalepenos were also delicious. Highly recommend and we will be back! Also has a very unique atmosphere and vibe.

We drove 1 1/2 hours to Dalton to have a windshield repaired, got it done & needed to eat. We found D Food Collab on Google Maps with really good reviews & decided this was the place. Street side parking was aplenty which is a definite plus. Walking into the restaurant had a cool eclectic kind of vibe. We were immediately seated at a high top (which I prefer) & sat in the most uncomfortable chair I've ever parked my tush in. Plus we were right under a speaker that was pounding out annoying sound for it being 3:00p in the afternoon...Our waitress came quickly & I shared my thought about the chair & that we had to move. She was a sweety & quickly moved us to another "low" table that ended up having equally uncomfortable chairs, just not as high...

So the first impression was meh at best, but instead of doing what I normally would have & bolt out the front door, we decided to suffer through buttocks paralysis & give the food a try. And mostly glad we did. We ordered the fried pickles for an appt along with a couple of adult beverages. Our waitress brought out a plate of Fried Jalapeno's & said the kitchen screwed up & were making our Fried Pickles & said the Fried Jalapeno's were on the house if we'd like them. And we did like them, a lot & we cleaned the plate. Shortly after our Fried Pickles came out & were blisteringly temperature hot. After burning our tongues, we let them cool a little, then tried them again. Best I can say is they were meh. We both like frickles that are pickle slices instead of pickle spears & these were spears. The breading was delicious, but the pickle spears inside the breading were overly vinagery & way too big & we left the majority of the plate to go in the garbage.

Next was on to our entrees:

My lady ordered the Birria Melt which was a kind of a souped up grilled cheese sammy with Birria meat as a protein & she said it was excellent. It was accompanied with their fries that I had to taste & agreed with my lady that they were really good.

I ordered the Ramen Birria & all I can say is ¡Dios mío, qué plato tan delicioso! For gingo's reading this, that translates to Oh my goodness what an amazing dish! It came in a cool bowl with fresh lime & a couple pieces of toast & was nuclear heat hot, so I had to suffer through patience waiting to give it a try without scorching my poor tongue. I finally figured out to use a fork to scoop up a helping of Ramin so it would cool, then to my salivating mouth. And oh my goodness, was it GOOD! I doubt they make it with goat which is the classic Mexican way, but whatever meat they use is succulent & tender. The broth was delicious with a nicely generous sprinkling of fresh cilantro, one of my favorite herbs. The combination of the excellent Birria with the Ramin noodles is a really creative way to meld two very different tastes & it was a 100% win. If we get back to Dalton again, I'll definitely do this dish again!

Summary:
⭐⭐'s for the horrible make your tush numb uncomfortable chairs & way too loud mid-day music.
⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for the mix-up in our app order.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for the delicious food!!!!
