This location was perfect! I was able to walk to the Mississippi Blues marathon, the grocery store, museums, farmers market- really anywhere I wanted to go. The area felt very safe. The room was clean. I loved my giant heart shaped tub!! I really appreciated that there was a microwave and mini fridge which made saving and reheating leftovers possible which is so nice when traveling! Things to note - there is no fitness center ( bummer I thought there was one) and no breakfast ( just coffee and gas station sticky buns) I would stay here again.

The rooms were smallish but clean and quiet, but the soap was out on the shower dispensers. Should've brought my own. Toiletries in general were skimpy, and they seriously needed more lighting. More bedside table room would've been nice, too. The decor was slightly spartan, but good looking.

The staff was nice, but it was hard to understand them because of their strong accents. No creepy people, despite it being downtown. Overall we enjoyed it.

Had a horrible experience at this location. Rooms where absolutely disgusting, with burn marks on my pillow black mold all over the washroom, stains on all layers of the sheets and it also was not vacuumed before we arrived. After this we went to the front desk to ask for a refund as soon as we could as the room was in fit to stay in and they refused the refund. Guy at the front desk was totally useless and didn’t seem to know what was going on. We also disputed with booking.com and they said they could not even get in contact with the hotel. Overall terrible rooms and terrible service would give 0/5 if I could. Please for your health don’t stay here.

This hotel was rated 4 star and nowhere near that! It is under renovation and nothing close to being full service. Wyndham Group should be more on board with this project. |This property threw on a fresh coat of paint, ordered new furniture but used the same old linens from before. Not one lamp or chair (except desk chair) in any rooms.I asked to be move to a fully equipped functional room, there were none. Breakfast was a joke. I have to take some of the blame because I didn't read previous reviews like I normally do. If I had, never would have booked this property. Wyndham do your due diligence! Help these budget locations.

If I can give a zero I would! I booked thru Expedia over two weeks ago and as I am boarding a flight I get a fraud alert of an unrecognized amount. I immediately called the hotel and asked why was my card charged for that amount? Without giving me an answer the foreign front desk man chose to over talk me and double talking. I already called Expedia and Capital One. Finally what words I could understand was refund 😂. I asked if I could get a receipt for what I was charged for. FYI: pay close attention to your accounts!!!!

this is the worse hotel ive been to in jackson ms it’s roaches on the floor and people are smoking weed in side the rooms
housekeeping doesn’t really clean the room and lets people steal your things the towels have peoples hair inside of it but i guess you get what you pay for

Clearly under new management! All other reviews are years old. Under remodel that isn't finished but rooms were clean & smelled clean. Staff was amazing & very helpful.

Moving across country w 2cats, we have stayed in too many hotels - this is one of the best & price was great!

Positive: They were very clean, smells extremely great! The staff was great. Negative: Only issue I've had is them not having a table in the room because of them doing remodeling on the rooms but other than that the hotel was great.
