Just moved into these apartments, the staff was amazing, got me into my apartment without much trouble. Very wonderful experience and my neighbor is amazing. I got nothing but great things to say and looking forward to having my place set up now that I’m moved in

Ending my lease after being here almost two years and I have nothing negative to say. The apartments were exactly what I was looking for and had no major issues. Staff is very friendly and all service requests were handled quickly and professionally. I moved here from out of state originally and I highly recommend people who are looking for the best place to live in Wenatchee to come here. The place will be missed here surely.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend living here.
Autumn and her staff are very helpful. I called to verify a maintenance request and they were very professional and answered my question and then followed up. I have definitely recommended people to live here.

Can’t get a hold of anybody and they do not enforce the rules and when you call the office, the mailbox is full and can’t even leave a message and they only work till 5 PM and do not work weekends so nobody to get a hold of when something comes up or emergency my husband is disabled when someone parked in the handicap spot leasing office did nothing about it! They don’t plow often in the winter or put ice melt out my husband could fall and hurt himself do not recommend living here!

I have been here since they opened. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Its good for pet owners and a safe area to live. Very happy to have found this place.
