Denizen installed our Savant and Lutron System under a very challenging situation. They were very diligent and consistent in their approach solving each and every one of our issues as they arose over the installation process.

There support team is very reliable any hour of the day, morning, noon or middle of the night would respond to any request. As one would know when using your system not always is it during the middle of the day typically issues (if any) arrive at the most inconvenient of times. However, Denizen has been there for us.

When at our house they do an excellent job explaining what they are working on and more importantly asking the questions to find the solutions. If issues come up that they were responsible for they are not afraid to take responsibility. Yet, most problems that we experienced were user error or miss-understandings.

We would highly recommend Denizen to work on any project from start to finish they have the team that can work with and support you along the way in any circumstances.

I needed some work done at my home and contacted Denizen (Omaha) location. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Harty and Chris ( field Technician) both of whom are very professional with outstanding follow-up. Michael followed up with me numerous times to ensure I was taken care of and happy with the services they provided. Chris who was on site was top notch and like Michael went out of his way to make certain everything was right and really knows his craft.

Echo systems installed a Savant home automation system at my residence in Lenexa KS. This involved running a lot of in wall wiring and quite a bit of custom installation. Everything looks amazing and works great! More importantly when I run into issues Echo systems provides expedient high level service. With home automation that’s what matters most. They are very patient and respectful and will help you achieve your goals while respecting your budget. I highly recommend them!

Echo Systems is incredible. I've never seen a home theater company quite like it. Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions.

Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed.

Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in.

Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions.

I totally recommend you take a visit to their showroom. You won't regret it.

We had a great experience at the Store when we went to check in on Lutron motorized blinds. Doug gave us lot of good info and even offered us to show his house (which turned out to be next st from ours) where he has Lutron shades installed. Also, they have an amazing display at the store which provides a good taste of live home automation.
