Some bloke called from a mobile asking about my vaccination status. I asked where you calling from. I checked on Google maps. When he asked for the 2nd time I told him its none of his business, he hung up.
What my health status is has nothing for do with anyone but me and my GP and Consultant at the hospital.

I WOULD SUGGEST TELLING THEM WHERE TO GO IF THEY CALL YOU.

I recently wrote to the Department raising a matter concerning gaps in the recruitment of overseas medical professionals (sent email FAO Steve Barclay, then Health Secretary). I received a reply after a few weeks. Basically the reply amounted to buck passing to other government departments being responsible. Boiler plate statements and no one taking accountability. In short, save your time writing to this department. They aren't accountable to the taxpayer, they aren't responsive and if you raise a valid issue with them they'll just blame other government departments. How very 'Yes Prime Minister's.

Just received a letter which has totally incorrect information claiming I owe for quarantine at the Novotel Hotel. and they (this department) have handed me over to LCS (whoever and wherever they may be). I have never put foot into the Novotel. The company ctm made an erroneous booking and I have been plagued for months by their mistake. This department now demand a payment £1750 with a closing date for the end of this month. BUT there is not address on the letter from whence it came, no telephone number or even an e mail address to which I can reply. Is this the excellence of a Javid department.? HOW ON EARTH DOES ONE DEFEND ONESELF AND CORRECT SUCH A MISTAKE?

I made a claim a year ago on my ehic card for treatment I had in France.
I can understand the delay due to bureaucracy, but on the five times I phoned them, I got WILDLY differing stories, and even absolute untruths which I put down to the member of staff being incredibly poorly trained.
A truly awful experience.

How can they not have an email address to contact them on?
then when you call they can't transfer you to anyone only recommend going to fill in an online form. They would not transfer me to any department or give me any email address at all to send my query to. Absolute joke and feels like they are all hiding from their pubic

not impressed with letter sent shielding son. you said you senta previous letter but we did not get it. why now when you have had all last year to do this and he has been attending his day centre since last august..I think this is sheer incompetence
