Called ahead for wait times and was pleasantly surprised with awesome customer service over the phone. Arrived for my renewal and waited about 20 minutes before I was able to see a case worker. The worker was AMAZING!!! I have not received good customer service in such a long time, they definitely deserve this review. Clean, quick, and easy facility. Good amount of parking and good location on Boulder. My only complaint is being called by my entire government name in a room full of strangers. I would encourage them to switch to just last names unless it is a common last name or numbers.

5 Stars ⭐️ – Excellent Service and Friendly Staff

As a Medicare insurance broker, I often assist clients in applying for Medicaid when I know they have low income and need extra help. Compared to other offices in town, this is by far the nicest and friendliest place. The staff is welcoming, and the office is clean. The front desk greets everyone with a warm smile, and most caseworkers are very knowledgeable. They work efficiently to ensure my clients receive the assistance they deserve.

Since I visit frequently with different clients, I’ve noticed that while most caseworkers are experienced and get things done quickly, occasionally, I encounter a new caseworker who is still learning. In those cases, the process can take longer, sometimes up to two hours, and the paperwork might not be completed correctly. If that happens, I recommend returning the next month to see a different caseworker who can process the paperwork accurately.

Overall, this office has some of the most knowledgeable and efficient caseworkers, and most of the time, they get everything right on the first try. I truly appreciate their dedication to helping the community, and for that, they deserve 5 stars! Thank you for all that you do!

Ryan L. was professional and helpful! I recently lost my job after my mother passed away and was struggling but thankfully my snap application was approved. The Henderson office is super helpful and friendly.I came on a Monday morning was in and out pretty quickly!

I called 3 times last week, and after waiting 3 hours on one of the calls and almost 2.5 hours with the other 2 calls they hungup on me!!! And today i was for almost 3 hours waiting to be attended, finally some lady answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes while "verifying" my case, she comes back and tells me that she will continue in reviewing all the documents that i provided tomorrow because she needs to go home!! It was 3:55pm and their offices are opened til 5pm!!! Are you kidding me Why these people have these jobs? They can't perform what they're supposed to do and no customer service skills whatsoever!!! Waiting to be attended for almost 3 hours each time i have to call these people is completely brutal!! Just for them to hangup on you or simply not do their job. SMH

I stayed at a family’s home for 3 weeks in July of 2018. After that, I’ve never touched foot nor my daughter never applied for a home insurance or anything after 2018.

This was my first time needing to go through this process and the workers here do deserve 5 stars. There was a long wait but that’s to be expected. Bring a book/headphones/something to occupy yourself and something to drink. This review is really for Gracie, she is caring, patient and present. She guided me through each step of the process and it was very reassuring. The front desk is also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

The copy machine was working & was given an envelope to put my paperwork into.
I did need to speak with a Representative at the counter. ... very nice n friendly @ doing the best they can!
