*****Shortly after posting I received a email from Todd. Later a phone call from him. I’m all about teaching and training moments. He heard my issue with communication & wanted to earn back our business. Because he reached out and listened and seem to sincerely care, I’m changing to 4 stars.*****

This company not only took months to complete our signs. They also did not use a raceway we had that was useable for one of our signs that was just like the one they used. We had to reach out often to check status with no communication for days, weeks& months.

We did add suite number to our order and they came out, did and fixed the phone number on the door but would never give us a time line for our signs. They did one sign, with several excuses in why it took so long. They also did not communicate when the second one was going to be done but also did make several excuses again for it not being done when Steve did respond.

We used them with our first location giving them benefit of doubt as they were “moving” & “Covid Issues” but not only did they take very long time, they did not take the green sign behind our sign out and you seen nothing but green at night when lit up. It took long time then also for them to fix that.

The communication from Steve was awful and when asked for them to take a discount for the issues we had they took weeks to even answer and then once followed up he responded with a “Good Luck”. with other sign companies we will not be using them again. Beware of the lack of communication and follow up!!

Design8 has been our partner in crime for years to brand all of our events throughout the year-no matter how big or small (10 people-almost 1,000). Anywhere from pop-up banners, foam core signs, branding downtown Hilton from top to bottom (elevator wraps, escalator wraps, floor decals, etc.)-Design8 is so easy to work with (shout out to Chuck & Derek) and offer great pricing for all of their pieces. Highly recommend for any event!

We had Design 8 do all of the vinyl work for our new computer repair service center. They did wall decals, a glass window, and numerous small decals. Amazing work, fast turn around time and friendly staff. Would recommend them to anyone!
