Cashier was clearly not wanting to be at work tonight. She even got an attitude when she grabbed the wrong cigarettes when we corrected her. Then she asked if we were going to pay for the free newspaper publication from outside the store.

This store is nothing but a pure Pig Pin. Floor is nasty stuff everywhere, very disorganized store. If they closed it would be a blessing. Need to bring the Lake back to what it once was. If I was asked is there a Dollar General Russells Point ohio I'd say you don't want to go there. Just plain filthy.

Worst customer service I have ever had! Not only did I stand in line for 10 minutes just to find out that there system was down and could only take cash, but then when I came back with cash the women at the register was horrible and extremely rude! She never a spoke a word to women in front of me even after the woman spoke to her! Then she double charged me for one outfit and took 25 minutes to fix the problem, then she wanted me to sign the receipt and without ever speaking a word she just threw the receipt down and threw the pen at my hand! I have never left a place feeling so upset, they really need to retrain these people on proper customer service skills!!

Went there to specifically buy toilet paper and paper plates. Toilet paper shelf price said $8.95, register at checkout $16.95. I waited patiently for the cashier and pointed it out, she walked back where the rest of the inventory was stacked and pointed out that she stocks the toilet paper and a customer moved it all to the wrong shelf!!! First of all I am not a thief and not deceitful like that, I was really mad at the accusation! Dont you have cameras? Go look I did no such thing!!! I will go back to walmart in the future.
