I reached out to this government funding office for help with my Dementia dad. Case worker was totally unfair. The office let her make personal decisions on households. Being honest in this world works against you. Hopefully this office realizes what there purpose really is..

Completely useless. The "worker" who answered the phone (Renee) had no idea what she was talking about. She kept saying call Legal Aid. This is not a legal aid issue rather a resource issue. This AAA earns a ZERO. Shameful that our tax money pays the salaries for people who don't or won't do their jobs. Completely disgusted.

Discovered that Mother's bath aide is not vaccinated for COVID. Called her case worker and was informed that ENOA does not ask if workers are vaccinated. She parroted the RW mantra of personal choice. ENOA is sending unvaccinated aides into Senior Citizen's homes!

This is my third meeting at Eastern Nebraska office and I feel I might as well have stayed home because I got very little out of all three meetings because there doesn't seem to be the need for a PA system I can hear only about a third of the meeting.
