It was wonderful having Verizon team come to my home and offer their services in the comfort of my home. I got to meet Victoria, wonderful young lady was very ethical and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. John Chambers, Fios tech was on time, knew what he was doing. No hassle. Was polite and friendly. I am loving my Fios. I recommend Verizon to anyone.

Got helped by kiersten hagwood today on if I should sign up for verizon fios since I already had comcast (xfinity). She was very helpful and also was calm during the glitches that were happening to the ipad(technology always fails sometimes)

Usually people when selling fall under pressure when tech fails but she didn't, even kept the conversation fun. So I will say 10/10 experience, and got me to switch.

Mr. Santa Cruz and Queen Kayla and Sir Lorenzo did an outstanding job presenting the Verizon plan to us in our home this afternoon. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and lovely people. Although we weren’t expecting a visit we were very grateful that we had the time to meet with this team. Francis got me everything I needed on a weekend! He actually had come to my door a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't ready to switch, but, I got his cell. He was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. When my Xfinity went down on Sat, I was able to reach out to him immediately. We're switching back to Verizon for good!

I can’t remember the last time I engaged with any sales person turning up on my doorstep. I don’t remember the last time I even opened the door. But it was so hot and the two young women, Kayla
and Bindi looked like they needed some water and a breather so I invited them in. They were both very friendly and professional without being pushy or aggressive. I honestly wasn’t thinking about switching IP but after looking over the rates combined with faster internet speeds and fiber over cable, I was sold. Kayla did a great job of explaining all of the details and making the switch was a breeze. Bindi was in training but I could tell she was a quick study.
