I own a home in Incline Village and was looking at a Architect to guide me with a long term concept on future plans for an addition.

Elise showed up on time for our consultation meeting. She was extremely professional and listened to my desires and needs of having this home be a weekend AirBnB in the future.

Elise spent double the time and designed the entire future remodel on a rough draft paper. Her knowledge of all aspects of the Tahoe building codes and what will be acceptable and how to save money on changes to current home that is not necessary..

She has a keen eye for details and how it all flows together with natural lighting and Feng shui.

I'll give it 5 stars for the view alone. The house itself is ok. Strange layout. We are a family of 8. So four bedrooms but one of the rooms is quite small. Good for kids or a single person. All bedrooms are on lower level so there are stairs involved. We enjoyed our stay, really enjoyed the area, lots of snowboarding, snow mobile tours and some night life.
Again the house is comfortable and we had a great time.

A very unfortunate experience after beginning together and unable to continue working thereafter causing unnecessary delays and costs. Personality conflicts and billing practices that left us feeling 180 degree from pre engagement meetings.
